Is one credit the same as one image?
Credits are shared billing units, not a fixed number of images. Standard and Premium images use different amounts, and you can mix tiers. Check each tier’s current price before creating.
How long are my credits valid?
Each credit pack shows its own validity period on the plan card, counted from the day the credits arrive. When a top-up arrives, all valid credits on your code share the validity period of the pack you just bought, starting from that day. Expired credits are not restored. Click your balance in the header to check the expiry date.
How do I buy credits, and where do they go?
New users can choose a plan and pay directly. Once payment is confirmed, credits go to an automatically created access code. Copy or download it on the success page; it is also saved in this browser. If you already have a code, connect it first to top up the same balance.
Will changing language affect my price or sketch?
No. Language changes the interface and number formatting, not your billing currency. Your drawing, selected tools, and creative settings stay in place.
Am I charged if generation fails?
Failed generations are not charged. Any credits already deducted are returned. Images may take a little time; keep the page open or check your history for completed results.
