Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Hub (the "Platform") governing your use of the Platform's AI generation services, including AI Sketch to Image and AI Tarot Reading. The Platform serves users in the United States. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Description of the Service

The Platform offers AI-powered creative tools, currently AI Sketch to Image (turning sketches and prompts into images) and AI Tarot Reading (for entertainment). Image generation is powered by GPT Image 2, an AI model developed by OpenAI, accessed through the official OpenAI API and subject to OpenAI's usage terms and content policies; tarot readings are generated by a large language model. The service is charged per use with credits; prices, tiers and credit validity are as shown at purchase and generation time. We may adjust the service and pricing; for credits already purchased but unused, the published price at the time of purchase remains in effect.

2. Access Code and Accounts

The Platform uses no named accounts; a randomly generated "access code" carries your credits and creation history. The access code functions as an account credential: whoever holds it can use its credits and view its records. Keep your code safe and do not share it. You are responsible for losses caused by disclosure, loss or use of your code by others. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your code, but we may take reasonable measures such as freezing a code reported as compromised.

3. Billing and Automatic Renewal

The Platform offers two payment models:

  • Credit packs (one-time): one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Credits are valid for the period stated on the pack, counted from when they arrive; expired unused credits lapse and are neither refunded nor carried over.
  • Monthly subscription (automatic renewal): the subscription renews and is charged automatically each month and adds credits to your access code until you cancel. The subscription keeps generating charges until canceled.

How to cancel automatic renewal

You may cancel at any time via subscription management in the checkout, or by contacting us through "Feedback & suggestions" on the creation page. After cancellation no further charges occur; the charge already made for the current period is not refunded, and credits already delivered remain usable until they expire. Prices, taxes and available payment methods are confirmed at checkout; switching the interface language does not change prices or the billing currency.

4. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The Platform serves U.S. users and handles refunds and cancellations as follows:

  • Failed generations are not charged: if generation fails, no fee applies, and any credits already deducted are automatically returned to your access code.
  • Subscription cancellation: you may cancel automatic renewal at any time as described above; service continues until the end of the current period, and the current period's charge is not refunded.
  • Unused credits: if a service failure prevents purchased credits from being used at all during their validity period, you may request a full or partial refund through "Feedback & suggestions". Credits already used are not refundable.
  • Duplicate payments: charges duplicated due to a system issue are refunded in full once verified.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under U.S. federal law or the law of your state.

5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

AI output is machine-generated and may not match your sketch or prompt, may contain factual errors or inappropriate content; tarot readings are for entertainment only and do not constitute professional advice. Review generated content before using it; the Platform makes no warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You must comply with the model provider's (e.g. OpenAI's) usage policies and must not use the service to generate illegal, infringing or harmful content. The intellectual property arrangements for generated results are also subject to the model provider's terms; verify the rights situation for your intended use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, and the Platform's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Acceptable Use and Violations

When using the service you agree not to:

  • generate or distribute illegal content, including content that violates child-protection laws or infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
  • create content usable for defamation, harassment, fraud or deception, including deceptive impersonation of real people;
  • abuse quotas, evade billing or interfere with the service through automated scripts, multiple identities or other means;
  • reverse engineer the Platform, run stress tests against it, or scrape data without authorization;
  • resell credits or redistribute generated output at commercial scale.

Consequences of violations

If you violate these rules, we may, depending on the circumstances, warn you, suspend or freeze your access code, terminate the service, decline to refund remaining credits, and pursue compensation for losses. You are responsible for third-party claims or Platform losses caused by your violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's interface, code, trademarks and showcase materials belong to the Platform or its rights holders. Your sketches and prompts remain yours; the rights status of generated results is affected by the model provider's terms described above. When using generated content you must ensure you do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Platform operator's place of establishment. The Platform primarily serves U.S. users: rights granted to you by mandatory U.S. federal and state consumer protection law are not limited by these Terms. If a dispute arises, please first contact us via "Feedback & suggestions" on the creation page; if it cannot be resolved amicably, it will be resolved in the competent court or dispute-resolution forum under applicable law.

9. Changes and Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms from time to time; updates are published on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms; material changes will be highlighted on the site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. For questions about these Terms, contact us through "Feedback & suggestions" on the creation page.
