This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Hub (the "Platform") collects when providing AI generation services to users in the United States, how we use and share that information, and how you can access and delete your data. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If anything conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevails.
1. Information We Collect
To operate and improve the service we collect the following information. We collect only what is necessary for each feature and use random identifiers rather than real names wherever feasible.
1.1 Visit and device information
To understand how the site is used, we record a random browser identifier, IP address, browser and device information, referring website, and actions such as page visits, quality selection, creations and download clicks. Country and region are estimated from IP addresses and can be affected by proxies or mobile networks; they are not precise locations, and we do not request device location access.
1.2 Access code and account data
The Platform does not use named accounts. Instead, a randomly generated "access code" identifies you. We store the code itself, its balance, validity period and creation/consumption records. The code contains no name, email or other identity information unless you provide it voluntarily in feedback.
1.3 Creative content
When you use an AI tool, we store your sketch (or tarot question), prompt, generation parameters and results so we can show your history and provide the service. Your sketch and prompt are sent to the underlying AI model provider as generation input (see "Sharing with third parties").
1.4 Feedback
Content you submit through "Feedback & suggestions" and any contact details you volunteer are stored separately and used to respond to your suggestions and issues.
1.5 Payment information
Payments are processed directly by a third-party payment service provider (checkout). We receive and store only the order number, amount, currency and payment status needed to confirm delivery and handle refunds. We do not collect or store your card number, expiration date, security code or other sensitive payment data; that information is handled solely by the payment service provider under its own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: provide the generation service and display your history; confirm payments and process refunds and disputes; analyze usage to improve the product; respond to feedback and data-rights requests; and keep the service secure, preventing abuse and fraud. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing with Third Parties and Disclosure
We share only the data necessary for the following purposes:
- AI model provider: Image generation is powered by GPT Image 2, an AI model developed by OpenAI, accessed through the official OpenAI API. To generate images, your sketch and prompt are sent to OpenAI and processed under OpenAI's privacy policy and usage terms.
- Payment service provider: Checkout, order payments, automatic renewal charges and refunds are handled by a third-party payment service provider, which receives the payment information necessary to complete the transaction.
- Cloud storage and content delivery: Generated images are stored in cloud object storage and delivered over a CDN for display and download.
- IP geolocation service: We use the DB-IP database to resolve IP addresses to countries or regions for aggregate statistics only.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights of the Platform and its users or to investigate violations or fraud.
4. Data Retention and Security
Creative content, access-code balances and order records are retained for a reasonable period after the credit validity expires so we can handle inquiries and refunds, and are then deleted or anonymized. Visit analytics are kept only for a reasonable period. Feedback is deleted after it has been handled. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure — please keep your access code safe.
5. Your Data Rights (Access and Deletion)
You may exercise the following rights:
- Access: use your access code to view your creative content, consumption and balance data in "Creation history" and your balance details.
- Correction: if information is wrong, contact us through "Feedback & suggestions" to correct it.
- Deletion: you may request deletion of the creative content and personal data associated with your access code (except order and financial records we must retain by law). Submit the request via "Feedback & suggestions" on the creation page and include your access code so we can verify your identity.
- Export: you may request a copy of the creation records associated with your access code.
U.S. state law rights (e.g. California CCPA/CPRA)
The Platform serves users in the United States and will not discriminate against any lawful request under your state's privacy law. Because we do not sell personal information, in most cases the rights available to you are to know, access, correct, delete, and receive non-discriminatory treatment, exercised as described above.
Minors
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
6. International Data Transfers
Although the Platform serves U.S. users, our servers, the AI model provider, payment processors and cloud storage may be located in the United States or other countries. Your data is transferred between these locations and processed in accordance with this Policy and each provider's policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date on this page reflects the current version. For any data-related question or to exercise the rights above, contact us through "Feedback & suggestions" on the creation page. When submitting a deletion request, please include your access code; we will respond within a reasonable time.
